HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?Updated a month ago

You can return an item to us within fourteen days of the shipping date of your order. A return shipping fee of €6.50 applies.

You can submit a return request via this link. Once your request has been reviewed, you will be able to purchase a return label.

Returns are processed within 7 business days after they have been received at our warehouse. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation in the form of a credit note. The purchase amount will then be refunded within a few days via the payment method used for the original order.

Please note: if you received a complimentary product with your order, this must also be returned. If it is not included in the return, we will charge the retail value of the product.
