HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?Updated a month ago

You can return an item within fourteen days after the shipping date of your order. The cost of returning items is your responsibility.

Returned items are processed within 7 working days after they arrive at our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation in the form of a credit note. The purchase amount will then be refunded within a few days via the payment method you used.

Note: If you received a free product with your order, this must also be returned. If it is not returned, we will charge the retail value of the product.
