Step 1 – Log In

Go to our return portal and log in using your order number and email address.

Step 2 – Select Your Items

Select the items you would like to return and specify the reason for the return.

Step 3 – Check Your Details

Please verify that your contact details are correct.

Step 4 – Choose a Return Method

You can choose between a DHL return label or returning your order via the SOPHIA MAE Flagship Store in Amsterdam.

Step 5 – Return Created or Return Request Submitted

In some cases, your submission will be treated as a return request. This request will be reviewed by our Customer Service team before you can create a return label. Once the request has been reviewed, you will automatically receive an update.

Send your package to our warehouse. Returns are processed within 7 business days after they have been received. Once your return has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded.

Please note: if you received a complimentary product with your order, this item must also be returned. If it is not included in the return, the retail value of the product will be charged.
