Step 1 – Log in
Go to our return portal and log in with your order number and postal code.

Step 2 – Select items
Select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.

Step 3 – Receive return label
You will receive the digital return label by email.

Step 4 – Shipping
Send the package to our warehouse. Returned items are processed within 7 working days after receipt. Once your return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded. The return shipping cost of €6.50 will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Note: If you received a free product with your order, this must also be returned. If it is not returned, the retail value of the product will be charged.
