WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THE ARCHIVE CATEGORIES?

The Archive categories serve as an indication of any defects the product may have. They provide information about the condition of the product, such as minor defects, damage or other imperfections that may be present.

HOW DO I GAIN ACCESS TO THE ARCHIVE PRODUCTS?

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH DEFECTS THE PRODUCT HAS?

Due to the size of the Archive collection, we can't be certain which defect your ordered product may have. The possible defects are described next to each product.

WHY ARE THE PRICES OF ARCHIVE PRODUCTS LOWER?

The Archive products have a reduced price because of minor defects, damage or other imperfections. To give these products a second chance, they can be purchased for a lower price than regular products.

WHEN CAN I PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THE ARCHIVE?

The Archive is live from the 24th of October 19:00 until the 26th of October 19:00. Our Archive products are only available for a limited 48 hours. The products will no longer be available after that time.

CAN I PURCHASE ARCHIVE PRODUCTS TOGETHER WITH REGULAR PRODUCTS?

Products from the Archive cannot be combined with regular products on our webshop, in the same purchase.

ARE ARCHIVE PRODUCTS HELD IN MY CART?

We are unable to hold the products in your cart.

DO I EARN LOYALTY POINTS WITH ARCHIVE PURCHASES?

Yes, you earn Loyalty Points with every Archive purchase. This occurs in the same manner as a regular order.

CAN I REDEEM MY LOYALTY POINTS WITH ARCHIVE PURCHASES?

It is not possible to redeem Loyalty Points for rewards with Archive purchases. However, any Loyalty Points earned from your Archive purchase can be redeemed in your next order, which must contain regular products.

WHEN WILL MY ARCHIVE ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Archive purchases will be shipped within 5 business days of placing the order.

CAN I RETURN ARCHIVE PRODUCTS?

Archive products can be returned. Please note that returns outside the 14-day return period, after receiving your purchase, will not be accepted. Ensure that the purchase is returned in its original packaging. Archive products cannot be exchanged for
