HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PACKAGE IS SHIPPED FROM THE WAREHOUSE?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation. This email also includes a track & trace link so you can follow your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Within The Netherlands: Orders placed on weekdays before 22:00 are shipped the same day. You can expect your order the next business day. Orders on Saturday or Sunday: These are shipped on Monday and usually delivered on Tuesday. Outside The Netherla

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

We offer free shipping for:. Members: Orders from €50 within the Netherlands, and from €70 within Belgium, France, and Germany. Orders without an account: From €70 within the Netherlands, and from €90 within Belgium, France, and Germany. Orders below

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a track & trace link. You can use this link to easily track your package via the delivery service.

It is unfortunately not possible to select a service point as the delivery location during checkout. Once you receive the email with your track & trace number, you can contact the delivery service to redirect your package to a service point if desire
