HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER OF THE MUSE CLUB?
Simply create an account at no additional cost to become a Member of SOPHIA MAE’s Muse Club. Once this step is completed, you are immediately a Member of The Muse Club.
WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A SOPHIA MAE ACCOUNT?
If you already have a SOPHIA MAE account, you are automatically a Member of The Muse Club.
IF I SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR EMAILS, DOES THIS MEAN I’M SIGNED UP FOR THE MUSE CLUB?
Signing up for our emails does not automatically make you a Member of The Muse Club. If you want to become a Member, you need to create an account.

WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR NEW LOYALTY POINTS TO BE ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT?
Loyalty Points are automatically added to your account 14 days after purchase, once the return period has passed.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY EARNED LOYALTY POINTS IF I RETURN A PURCHASE?
Loyalty Points are added after the return period of your order has passed.
CAN I COMBINE ACCOUNTS TO TRANSFER MY LOYALTY POINTS?
Unfortunately, we cannot merge accounts, so your Loyalty Points cannot be transferred to another account. Make sure you are logged in with the same email address before completing your order.

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY EARNED LOYALTY POINTS?

WHAT ARE THE LEVELS?
The Muse Club of SOPHIA MAE consists of three levels based on your total spending. Each level offers exclusive benefits:. Muse: spending €0-€120 spend Majestic: spending €120-€240 spend Goddess: spending €240+.
HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR A LEVEL?
New Members of The Muse Club start as ‘Muse’. When you reach a new ‘level’, you retain it for one year after your last order. If you meet the criteria again within that year, your level remains unchanged.

DOES MY LEVEL STATUS EXPIRE?
